SOPRANO

Soprano Maria Stacey Maxfield enjoys a versatile operatic and teaching career. She performs as a soprano with The Metropolitan Opera in the supplemental chorus, and performed in over 65 performances for the 2024/25 season. Maxfield is a highly sought after teaching artist and runs an independent private voice studio in New York City and online. She also works as an assistant stage director, most recently for La Tragédie de Carmen with the Tulsa Opera.
